How much does Baselane cost compared with KeyRing?

Do I have to change banks?
Baselane's banking runs through its own accounts, offered via Thread Bank, and its bookkeeping can also import external accounts. KeyRing connects the accounts you already use through Plaid, which reaches thousands of banks and credit unions across the United States.
What do tenants pay to pay rent online?
Baselane's pricing page lists 3.49% for tenants paying by debit or credit card and $2-$5 for ACH, waived when rent goes into a Baselane account. Tenants paying rent through KeyRing pay a 0.5% KeyRing platform fee plus Stripe's processing charges, shown before they pay.
Can tenants send maintenance requests?
Baselane's public pricing and feature pages do not describe maintenance requests. In KeyRing, tenants report repairs from their phone, vendors send estimates from their own login, and you approve them in one tap.
Can I screen applicants in each?
Yes. Baselane lists screening from $24.99, paid by the applicant. In KeyRing, owners and property managers open tenant screening (via TransUnion SmartMove) from Lead Management, on mobile or in the web portal.
