Everything is scattered
Rent comes in over Venmo, maintenance lives in texts, and leases sit in folders you can't find.
Run your entire rental business from your pocket. Built for simplicity, designed to grow with you.

You got into real estate to build something — not to become a full-time bookkeeper. But most tools still treat property management like a desk job.
If you’re managing a handful of units on your own, you’re either overpaying for software you barely use, or making do with a spreadsheet.
Here's what it usually looks like…
Rent comes in over Venmo, maintenance lives in texts, and leases sit in folders you can't find.
A different login, bank feed, and password for every company—a nightmare to keep straight as you grow.
Most property management tools were built for firms with back offices and dedicated staff, you’re doing this on your own.
There's a better way to do this.
HOW KEYRING WORKS
KeyRing brings every part of rental management—leases, payments, maintenance, and financials—into one mobile-first app you run from your pocket.
One login works for all your companies. No separate accounts, no duplicate bank feeds—your whole portfolio in one place.
Connect your bank accounts and get clear insight into your transactions. No manual entry, no guesswork.
Owners, co-owners, maintenance staff and tenants all have role-based access to one shared system. No split apps, no confusion.
Cap rate, DSCR, and occupancy — tracked the way landlords think, not generic accounting.
Built purposely for independent landlords
The same simplicity that powers 1 property powers 100. KeyRing is made to stay simple as you scale your portfolio.
Start
1-2 units
1 property, run entirely from your phone.
Grow
5 units
1-2 companies, under the same account.
Expand
10 units
Several companies, same simple workflow.
Scale
100 units
Up to 20 companies, one login, one app.
Features
Upload your signed leases and keep every copy in the app. Nothing gets lost in an email thread or a folder on your desktop.

Tenants pay by ACH or card through Stripe, and each payment is matched to the right property and lease for you. Late notices are built in, so you spend less time following up.

Tenants submit a request from their phone. You approve it, assign it to your maintenance person, and follow the status in real time. No more lost text threads.

See income, expenses, and portfolio metrics as they happen, and pull reports for any property or company. Because your bank data stays current, there's no month-end scramble.

Keep EIN records and a dedicated bank account for every company, then filter your whole portfolio down to one entity or one property. Clean legal separation, without a separate app for each business.

Bank connections run through Plaid and payments through Stripe—the same infrastructure trusted across fintech. Transactions are pulled from your real bank feed and matched with suggestions you confirm, so your books reflect what actually happened. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Why KeyRing
“I got into real estate the same way a lot of people do — excited about the asset, and completely unprepared for the busywork that came with it. Every property management tool I tried was built for a desk, not a landlord with a phone in their pocket. I built KeyRing to solve the problem I was actually living.”

Answers to what new landlords ask us most — security, banking,
subscriptions, and KIT.
No—KeyRing is built differently. One login manages all your companies. Each entity keeps its own bank account and compliance records (required for tax and legal reasons), but you reach everything from a single app with a single password. No account switching, no duplicate entry.
We use Plaid to securely connect your bank accounts. Rent, expenses, and transfers are pulled in and matched to the right property and company, with suggested matches you review and confirm. No manual data entry, no guessing—your numbers stay current.
No. KeyRing uses role-based permissions. Tenants see only their lease, payments, and maintenance requests. Maintenance staff see the work orders assigned to them. Managers see their portfolio. Owners see everything—granular control, zero confusion.
Your cost is a simple monthly subscription based on your portfolio size—from $24.99 for Starter to $129 for Universal. If you choose to collect rent through KeyRing, payments run through Stripe, which carries standard processing fees. If you'd rather not use Stripe, you can still track rent collected outside the app and mark it as paid manually—no extra cost either way. For Stripe payments ACH transfers that carry 0.8% are capped at $5.00, and card payments carry 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction processing fee. Platform fees on Stripe payments are what keep every property, every reconciled bank transaction, and every stakeholder—owner, manager, maintenance, and tenant—working inside one app, instead of a stack of separate tools, logins, and subscriptions.
