You and your bank

You sign in to your bank inside Plaid's own window. Your username and password go to Plaid, and KeyRing receives account and transaction data.

Tenants enter card numbers or bank details with Stripe, from the app or any browser. Stripe moves the money to your company's payout account.

Changing your email takes a code sent to the new address, then ends every session on every device.

Your data
Your data stays yours
- Download your data at any time from Settings in the KeyRing web portal, under Download your data.
- Close your account from Settings whenever you choose.
- Under the Subscription Services Agreement, KeyRing may keep your data for up to 30 days after your subscription ends so you can export it, and may delete it after that.

What landlords ask about security
Does KeyRing store my bank password?
No. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid's window, and Plaid keeps those credentials. KeyRing receives account and transaction data only.
Does KeyRing see my tenants' card numbers?
No. Tenants enter card and bank details with Stripe, and those details stay with Stripe.
Can my tenants see my other properties or my finances?
No. Tenants see only their own lease, payments and maintenance requests.
