Rent you record by hand
No platform fee
Cash, checks and anything else you record yourself carry no platform fee. The 0.5% applies only to rent actually processed through KeyRing.

How is my plan priced?
By rental units. Starter covers up to 2 units for $29 a month, 5-Key up to 5 for $59, 10-Key includes 10 units for $99 plus $2 a month for each additional unit, and Universal covers up to 100 units for $199. Portfolios beyond 100 units get a custom quote from our team.
Is there a limit on properties or companies?
Plans are limited by units only. Multiple properties and companies are included within your plan's unit allowance.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free: $290 for Starter, $590 for 5-Key, $990 for 10-Key plus $20 a year per additional unit, and $1,990 for Universal.
What is the founding customer offer?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can download your data at any time from Settings in the KeyRing web portal, under Download your data. Under the Subscription Services Agreement, KeyRing may keep your data for up to 30 days after your subscription ends so you can export it, and may delete it after that.
