Everything is scattered
Rent comes in over Venmo, maintenance lives in texts, and leases sit in folders you can't find.
KeyRing runs rent, maintenance, leases and books for all your rental companies from one app. Built for real estate investors who got tired of juggling Venmo, texts and spreadsheets.

Every LLC on its own
Every LLC is its own company in KeyRing, with its own EIN, and you can give each one its own bank account for rent payouts. Assign a property to an LLC and its rent, expenses and reports stay with that company, all under one login.
Your bank connects through Plaid, so KeyRing never sees or stores your bank login. How we protect it
The challenge
Rent comes in over Venmo, maintenance lives in texts, and leases sit in folders you can't find.
Every LLC brings its own bank login, its own feed and its own spreadsheet, and each new company adds another set to keep straight.
Most property software expects a team at a desk. You run your rentals yourself, often from your phone between other things.

Testimonials
I have worked with many different Real Estate Platforms, this thing is going to be a hit. Sincerely mean that. It's perfect for people with small to midsize RE portfolios and has all different options. A kid could navigate it, and I mean that as a true compliment from terms of ease of use.
The interface is awesome and the functionality is clearly super powerful.

Why KeyRing
“I got into real estate the same way a lot of people do: excited about the asset, and completely unprepared for the busywork that came with it. ... I built KeyRing to solve the problem I was actually living.”

Answers to what new property owners ask us most: pricing, security,
banking, your data, and KeyRing AI.
No. KeyRing is built differently. One login manages all your companies. Each entity keeps its own bank account and compliance records (required for tax and legal reasons), but you reach everything from a single app with a single password. No account switching, no duplicate entry.
We use Plaid to securely connect your bank accounts. Rent, expenses, and transfers are pulled in and matched to the right property and company, with suggested matches you review and confirm. No manual data entry, no guessing. Your numbers stay current.
No. KeyRing uses role-based permissions. Tenants see only their lease, payments, and maintenance requests. Maintenance staff see the work orders assigned to them. Property managers see the properties assigned to them. Owners see everything, and can customize what co-owners and property managers see and do under Roles and permissions, including whether they see or edit finances.
Your cost is a monthly subscription based on how many rental units you manage: $29 a month for Starter (up to 2 units), $59 for 5-Key (up to 5 units), $99 for 10-Key (10 units included, then $2 a month for each additional unit on monthly billing or $20 a year on annual billing, up to 59 units), and $199 for Universal (up to 100 units). Multiple properties and companies are included in every plan. Portfolios above 100 units get a custom quote from our sales team. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, which is 2 months free. Subscriptions are paid by the property owner. Tenants paying rent through KeyRing pay a 0.5% KeyRing platform fee in addition to Stripe's processing charges. The total fee is shown before payment. The tenant pays the processing fee - 0.8% capped at $5.00 for ACH transfers, or 2.9% + $0.30 for card payments - plus a 0.5% KeyRing platform fee on the rent. Both are added to the tenant's payment and shown before they confirm, so at Stripe's standard rates the owner receives the rent amount due. The 0.5% applies only to rent processed through KeyRing. Rent you record manually carries no platform fee.
Yes. Bank connections are handled through Plaid and card and bank payments through Stripe, so your bank logins and full card numbers stay with them. Your KeyRing data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections and is encrypted at rest in our database and file storage.
Yes. Your first KeyRing subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, one per customer. A card is required to start the trial, and the first charge comes after the 14 days. Sign up now to explore the full KeyRing toolkit across your properties and units.
Ask about your rent, leases, tenants, finances, security deposits, calendar and maintenance, and KeyRing AI answers from your own KeyRing records, limited to what your role can see. Owners, co-owners and property managers can also have it prepare a maintenance request, an income or expense record, a calendar event or a security deposit entry as a card to review, and it is saved only when they confirm. It still explains how a feature works or what to do about a late payment, at any hour.
You can download your data at any time from Settings in the KeyRing web portal, under Download your data. The file covers your profile, memberships, uploads, payments, transactions, billing history, and login history. Under the Subscription Services Agreement, KeyRing may keep your data for up to 30 days after your subscription ends so you can export it, and may delete it after that.
KeyRing links bank accounts through Plaid, which connects to thousands of banks and credit unions across the United States. Search for your institution by name when you add a bank account.
Tenants pay no subscription. They can view their lease, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests in the app. When a tenant pays rent online through KeyRing, the Stripe processing fee on that payment (0.8% capped at $5.00 for ACH, or 2.9% + $0.30 for cards) and a 0.5% KeyRing platform fee on the rent are added to the amount and shown before they confirm.
Send us a message through our support page at /support or email support@keyringpm.com for help with your account, billing, or technical questions. KeyRing AI is also available inside the app for quick feature questions.
The first 100 customers receive 30% off their first year of an annual subscription. The founding 30% comes on top of annual billing, which already gives you 2 months free, so your first year costs the same as 7 months of monthly billing: Starter $203, 5-Key $413, 10-Key $693 plus $14 per extra unit, Universal $1,393. It applies to annual plans only, for the first year, while places last. Promo codes cannot be combined with it. The promotion applies to the subscription only. Renewal is at the standard annual price disclosed at checkout.
Add your first company and property, connect the bank, and invite a tenant. Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial.
